1. Information we collect
When you create a Fittrly account, we collect your name, email address, and the résumé content you choose to upload. We also collect standard usage data such as pages visited, features used, and browser/device information to improve the service.
2. How we use your information
We use your information to:
- Generate and host your portfolio
- Send transactional emails (account confirmations, password resets)
- Improve and debug the Fittrly service
- Process payments via Stripe (we never store raw card details)
3. Data sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with the third-party services required to operate Fittrly (e.g. cloud hosting, payment processing, AI providers used for portfolio generation). All sub-processors are contractually bound to handle your data securely.
4. Your portfolio and public data
Your portfolio page is public by default so employers can view it. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from your dashboard settings. Deletion is permanent and irreversible.
5. Cookies
We use a single session cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use third-party tracking or advertising cookies.
6. Security
All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Passwords are hashed using bcrypt and never stored in plain text. We follow industry-standard practices to protect your information.
