1. Acceptance of terms
By creating a Fittrly account or using any part of the service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use Fittrly.
2. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. One person may not maintain multiple free accounts.
3. Your content
You retain ownership of the résumé content and information you upload. By uploading it, you grant Fittrly a limited license to store, process, and display it as part of generating and hosting your portfolio. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share any content you upload.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Fittrly to:
- Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the service
- Violate any applicable law or regulation
5. Paid plans
Pro plan subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time; your access continues until the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.
6. Service availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice. We are not liable for any downtime or data loss beyond what is required by applicable law.
7. Termination
You may delete your account at any time from your dashboard settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
